Interview with Jay Nir

River Coyote was a wine/coffee bar restaurant hybrid that opened its doors in 2017 on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Jay “River Coyote” Nir wore many hats as the restaurant’s owner, operator, and manager. He's a friendly, down-to-earth New Yorker who was very excited to talk about and share with the HungerPass team his passion for hospitality.
